In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "beypk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the beypk platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services accessible at beypk.net.
• "Platform" means the beypk website, any associated mobile-optimized interface, and all games, services, features, and content made available through beypk.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the beypk Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the beypk registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a player's beypk Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds credited to a player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real money or bonus-eligible stake placed on a game, event, or outcome offered through the beypk Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the beypk Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beypk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the beypk Platform and, if you have registered an Account, request its closure through our support team.

Access to the beypk Platform and all gambling services offered thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation in the Philippines;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or beypk;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party and are wagering exclusively with funds that belong to you;
• You have not previously had a beypk Account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.

beypk reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

To access real-money gaming features on beypk, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active beypk Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, beypk reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void any pending or historical bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus play across duplicate accounts;
• Retain any funds necessary to cover administrative costs or to offset any financial advantage improperly obtained.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beypk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. beypk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

beypk accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposited funds are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the beypk Platform. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name;
• The funds are not derived from any illegal activity;
• You are not using the beypk Platform as a vehicle for money laundering or financial fraud.

beypk does not charge players fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside beypk's control. beypk reserves the right to introduce or modify deposit fees in the future, with advance notice provided to registered players.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the beypk Account dashboard at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. beypk does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, beypk may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya wallet showing your registered name);
• Proof of address if required (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. beypk is not liable for delays caused by the recipient's financial institution.

beypk offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to major sporting events such as PBA games, UFC fight nights, and Philippine national holidays.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by geographic location, account standing, or prior bonus activity;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period. Failure to do so will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms;
• beypk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse beypk's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and suspension of the Player Account.

All games available on the beypk Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, keno draws, and sportsbook markets — are operated in accordance with published game rules accessible within each game environment or product section.

beypk is committed to offering a fair gaming environment. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studio environments. Slot and specialty game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game suppliers. beypk does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, beypk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. beypk's decision in such circumstances is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the beypk Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the beypk Platform or its underlying technology;
• Using the beypk Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.

beypk cooperates fully with relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, and will disclose account and transaction information where legally required to do so.

All content published on the beypk Platform — including but not limited to the beypk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of beypk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the beypk Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any beypk content without prior written authorization;
• Use any beypk trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without consent;
• Create derivative works based on any beypk Platform content or technology.

beypk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the beypk Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

beypk implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and session monitoring — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no digital transmission or storage system is entirely immune to risk, and beypk cannot guarantee absolute security.

beypk is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling on the beypk Platform is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be relied upon as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

beypk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players through the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your beypk Account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum stake you can place on any single bet or game round;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beypk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the beypk Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or force majeure events beyond beypk's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or promotional calculations resulting from system errors that were not reasonably foreseeable;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use, as gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside beypk's operational control.

beypk's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be lawfully limited.

beypk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete identity or age verification;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies);
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting beypk's support team through live chat or email. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of pending wagering obligations.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts showing no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

beypk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the beypk Platform, and the "Effective Date" noted at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to payment terms, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — beypk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the beypk Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the beypk Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting beypk's support team. beypk will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such proceedings.
